Nandita das refuses cameo role in deepa mehta new film

Nandita das-the bollywood actress,has refused to do the cameo role in deepa mehta’s new film -’Midnight’s Children’.She states that she is busy looking after her 6 months son.
Earlier,Deepa mehta had ousted Nandia out of the fire earth series final film- water’.Now nandita has refused his offer to play a cameo in the film.Its reported that actors like Amitabh Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, Om Puri have in the past opted out of the project.
Nandita das told media- “That didn’t make sense as it would have been neither here nor there.I would have felt quite torn”.Instead of the lead,mehta is offering a small role.Really it doesnt make sense !
